If a payment fails, we email you right away with a link to update your payment. There's a grace period (shown in your agreement) before any action is taken.
If the payment still isn't made after the grace period, the lease may be ended under its terms, and use of the domain goes back to the seller. Payments already made are handled as your agreement describes. If you're having trouble paying, contact us early. We're happy to talk it through.
