Before transfer
If we cannot deliver the domain, you receive a full refund.
After transfer
Domain names are unique digital goods. Once the domain has been transferred to your account, the sale is final and non-refundable.
Lease-to-own
Installments already paid are not refundable if the lease ends early, except where required by law.
Chargebacks
Opening a chargeback after receiving the domain may result in the domain being reclaimed where permitted.
