1. Who we are
DomainSale (“we”, “us”) sells and leases domain names listed on https://askmixer.com. Contact: iluvme77@gmail.com.
2. Listings and prices
Prices are shown in the listed currency and may change until an order is paid. We may withdraw a listing at any time before payment.
3. Buying
A sale is binding once payment clears. Title passes when the domain is transferred to the buyer’s registrar account. Transfers normally complete within 1–7 days; registry rules (for example a 60-day lock after a registrant change) may apply.
4. Offers and auctions
Offers and bids are binding if accepted or winning. Auction winners must pay within 7 days or the sale may be cancelled and offered to the next bidder.
5. Lease-to-own
Lease plans transfer ownership after the final installment. Missed payments may end the lease without refund of paid installments, as described in your plan.
6. Escrow
Escrow.com or similar services are subject to their own terms and fees.
7. Liability
Domains are sold “as is”. We are not responsible for trademark issues arising from the buyer’s use; buyers should do their own due diligence. Our total liability is limited to the price paid.
